1> REGISTER USING A REGISTRATION FORM:

2> REGISTER ONLINE:

Open and complete the PDF Registration Form. 

Email, post or fax your form to us.  Either post payment, pay by direct credit using internet banking, or pay on the day.

Payment
Make cheques payable to Elim Christian Centre.
Direct credit bank payments can be made to:  Porirua Elim Church Trust, ANZ Bank, Porirua, Account Number: 01-0546-00175232-051. 
Please note, you MUST use  'UNSTOP09' and your name as a reference.

Register on the day from 8am - 9am.

Adult registration - $80
Adult Day Pass - $45

Couples registration - $150

Pensioner/Beneficiary - $50
Pensioner/Beneficiary Day Pass - $25

Youth registration (13 - 18yrs) $50
Youth Day Pass - $25

Kids (5 - 12yrs) $20
Kids Day Pass - $10
